Trying to fix Dependabot issues.
node-saas updated to 7.0.1.
The main issue seems json-schema < 0.4.0 now this is fixed.
Using 'npm audit fix' again is risky since may introduce critical security issues again.
Added a Dockerfile and .dockerignore for testing with the right node js version: 16. But can be updated to 17 (see https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/tag/v7.0.1)
